Je suis ingénieure de recherche au sein de l'université de Rennes1
J'ai réalisé ma thèse au sein de l'équipe "Génétique du chien", sous la direction de Francis Galibert. Ces travaux ont porté sur l’analyse comparative des génomes d’espèces majeures pour l’aquaculture par cartographie RH et l'identification de l’ensemble des gènes OR et TAAR de cinq espèces de la famille des cichlidés (Oreochromis niloticus , Pundamilia neyereri, Haplochromis burtoni, Metriaclima zebra et Neolaprologus brichardi).
Depuis fin 2013, j’ai analysé le transcriptome des récepteurs olfactifs chez Tilapia et chez deux races de chien par RNAseq.
Actuellement, je participe à l’analyse du profil du transcriptome des OR chez le chien et, en particulier, ceux qui sont exprimés dans les spermatozoïdes.
