In charge of the storeroom: Philippe GOURIOU

The IGDR has organized a store for approximately 300 categories of plastic equipment in a single place. These have been defined as common equipment by all the research teams. Equipment is put at the disposal of all users (researchers, ITA, IATOS, post-docs, as well as doctoral and other students).  The store is financed by a removed percentage on the contracts of all research teams in the unit.

• Negotiation with suppliers
• Propositon of new products
• Stock inventory
• Order "plastic" consumables, biological kits, common solutions
• Reception, check, put in stock the ordered items
• Validation of the delivery of goods
• Interface with the purchases referents of the other sites of the laboratory
• Distribution of parcels and mail
