In a few words

I'm Assistant Professor at the University of Rennes1
-
During my PhD in the “Dog genetics team” I identified the olfactory receptor coding gene repertoire of the dog and I participated of the radiation hybrid mapping of the dog genome.

Then I joined Dr Ostrander Lab at the NHGRI (NIH, Bethesda, USA) as a post-doc where I localized loci implicated in several canine morphological phenotypes thanks to the analysis of SNP chip genotyping data.

Since 2009, I am working in Catherine Andre’s team and my projects aim at the identification the genes and their mutations implicated in canine hereditary genetic diseases, particularly neurological and ophthalmological diseases.
