In charge of the DNA sequencing facility: Stéphane DRÉANO
The IGDR possesses a DNA sequencer Applied Biosystems 3130 XL 16 capillaries.
The facility performs only the reading step and primary analysis. The sequencing reactions are prépared by the users. Data are given as electrophoregramm and text format through USB key.
The sequencing capacity is variable depending on the samples from 150 à 400 sequences/day.
Two techniques are currently used:
- sequencing
- fragment analysis
