In a few words
I am a PhD student in bioinformatics in the dog genetic team since October 2019.
This thesis is part of the continuity the M2 internship I realized in the team between February and August 2019. My goal is to set up an automatic learning tool for the analysis of genomic data, focusing on canine melanoma.
At first, I had to take control of a tool based on convolutional neural network and capable to predict the level of gene expression in humans. I was able to improve it and today I want to develop a new tool using an approach based on a recurrent neural network.
